Individual product descriptions for medical mobility equipment, warranties, specifications, uses, are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed by Miller Mobility Products, Inc.


Miller Mobility Products, Inc. does not warranty or guaranty any part and/or product. All part warranties, decisions or replacement, policies or disposition of said part and or product is the sole responsibility and decision of the manufacturer.


Prices posted are subject to change without notice, mistakenly posted prices in the store or website does not obligate us to the incorrect pricing. All pricing will be quoted at the time of sale and agreed by the purchaser to complete the sale.


All contracts, agreements, changes, deletions, additions, and special instructions are to be in writing only. No verbal agreements, contracts, understandings, changes, and/or deletions will be accepted by Miller Mobility Products Inc.


We do not bill to any insurance policies.


There are NO returns, especially on special orders, custom products, disposable items, bath products, or any product or part out of its original packaging, or used in any way.


All other returns, approved on a case by case basis, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) being returned must be in good selling condition.


If a part or full product is returned, Miller Mobility Products, Inc. will issue an in store credit only to be used on any future purchases and/or services made at/or by Miller Mobility Products Inc.


All repaired parts or products must be picked up from Miller Mobility Products Inc with (10) ten working days after notification or completion of repair. This notification may be verbally in person, over the phone, email, text, or in writing.


Any part or product not picked up within the stated time frame will be subject to a $25.00 storage maintenance fee per week. Any part or product not picked up may also be subject to disposal by Miller Mobility Products Inc, once the storage fees exceed the value of the repaired part and/or product. Miller Mobility Products Inc will attempt to contact through verbal communications and written communication of this disposal.


As of 10/26/2009 Miller Mobility Products Inc will no longer be accepting Medicare or Medicaid as a source of payment.


There will be a $25.00 fee assessed from Miller Mobility Products Inc for any returned checks.


Any outstanding invoices past 30 days will be subject to an additional charge of 1% monthly. In addition to this fee, your account will be put on hold and subject any future sales and/or services to be pre-paid.
